This day I happen to see the editorial In Washington Post where Ms.Vivian Salama was (as the Amrican people have the habit to) refraining us from doing anything wrong and rather have a friendship with Pakistan. As an Indian my anger could have been very well understood. From here on, my sentiment are reflected there at viewer's comments of her post. The editoril can be seen here.I really do not understand whom Ms Vivian Salama is trying fool to.Perhaps herself only.
I feel that she must have some pakistani connections.I believe that a nation formed on the ideology of religion will never accept it's neighbour which is truly based on secular values, perticularly when both the country got independence together and after so many years when India is almost staged to be an economic superpower while Pakistan gone to failed state due to it's own sons of soil. Now; Ms.Salama advises us to have friendship with such a country which has nothing to offer to India except terrorism and corruption.
The US has good relation with almost all economically good countries. At least not with ones from third world country. If you remember you just give charity their because they have nothing to offer you why? Because when you have to have friendship lot many things are to be considerred.Sitting in a room and talking is very easy Ms.Salama but as A Mumbaikar what I have felt on 26/11 you can not feel that.It was literally an attack by a Country which hasn't have even guts to accept those terorists from their own land. And you advise us to work with them on terrorism to curb those elements??The US itself knows better than us that Pakistan is never reliable how come you hope us to work together??In fact advice us to do something all alone. We can do.Because when you can go thousand miles away to Afganistan for Laden we at least can upto POK.
